Terms & Conditions
These terms govern the use of Axylis services, including custom software development, websites, Discord bots, automation systems, dashboards and related services.

Terms may change
These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically to reflect changes to services, legal requirements or business operations. Users will be given reasonable notice of any significant changes.
1. Services
Axylis provides custom software development services, including but not limited to Discord bots, websites, dashboards, APIs, automation systems and technical consulting. All work is produced according to project requirements agreed upon between Axylis and the client.
2. Quotes & Pricing
All pricing is custom and based on project requirements, complexity, estimated development time and requested features. Budget ranges provided by clients are considered estimates and do not guarantee final project pricing.
3. Payments
Development will generally not begin until payment has been received unless otherwise agreed in writing. Axylis reserves the right to pause or cancel work if required payments are not received.
4. Refunds
Refund requests are reviewed individually. Refund eligibility depends on project progress, delivered work and the amount of development already completed. Custom development work may not be fully refundable once work has commenced.
5. Project Changes
Requests that significantly change the original project scope may require revised pricing, additional development time or a separate agreement. Axylis reserves the right to reject scope changes that are unreasonable or outside the agreed project.
6. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed, ownership of completed project assets is transferred to the client after full payment has been received. Axylis may retain the right to showcase completed work within portfolios, case studies or promotional material.
7. Support & Maintenance
Ongoing support, maintenance and updates are not guaranteed unless explicitly included within the project agreement or purchased separately.
8. Liability
Axylis shall not be held liable for losses resulting from third-party services, hosting providers, platform changes, client misuse, service outages or circumstances outside of reasonable control.
9. Termination
Axylis reserves the right to terminate projects, accounts or services where abuse, fraud, harassment or breaches of these terms occur.
